Smoola.com is a web-portal that helps local merchants/people/citizens by putting their print advertisements online. There can be various types of information displayed on Smoola.com. Simply, anything printed on paper may be displayed and searched for based on keyword. These may include, but are not limited to, yard sale postings, restaurant menus, "for sale" flyers, coupons, housing listings, personal dating advertisements, opinions, pictures, messages, images, etc. (“Content”) This privacy statement discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices of Smoola. in connection with www.Smoola.com. Information Collection

Smoola, Inc. collects and stores information on users of Smoola.com. This information includes name, phone number, addresses, e-mail addresses, suggestions, and notes.

Smoola, Inc. also collects the following information from all of its users for marketing and general analysis purposes: the home server domain names, type of client computer, files downloaded, search engine used, operating system, and type of Web browser of visitors to Smoola.com

Use of Information Collected/Disclosure to Third Parties

Smoola, Inc. only uses information collected for the purposed of research. It is not currently the practice of Smoola, Inc. to release or sell any of its order information to third parties for any reason.
